The typical Char Dham itinerary is built to look full on paper. Eleven days, four dhams, no slack. It works fine until a seventy-year-old has to do a six-kilometre climb on day three after two long driving days. We build the plan around the walking.
Pacing built for parents
Shorter driving days, halts every ninety minutes and buffer nights after the hard climbs. We would rather add a day than lose someone to exhaustion.
Darshan coordination
Slots, timings and priest arrangements handled before you leave home — including Tirumala slots and Kashi Vishwanath corridor entry.
Medical readiness
A doctor on call for groups above twenty, oxygen availability on high-altitude routes, and hotels chosen with ground-floor rooms where possible.

Booked in advance at Yamunotri and Kedarnath, so nobody is bargaining at the base at six in the morning.
Pure vegetarian throughout
Sattvic meal arrangements at every halt, with Jain options where required. No improvising at a highway dhaba.

I asked on WhatsApp on a Tuesday morning and had a full itinerary with costing that evening. No chasing, no vague replies, and the final invoice matched the quote exactly.
They are Odisha people and it shows. The Puri darshan was arranged, the Konark guide was excellent, and they knew which hotel would not make my father walk far in the sun.
We had 220 guests coming into Udaipur across two days and I did not make a single phone call about it. The rooming chart, the cabs, the helpdesk — all of it was handled. I actually attended my own daughter's wedding.
