Because a real price depends on your dates, group size, room category and what you actually want included. Published per-person rates are usually built on the cheapest possible hotel and then adjusted upward once you enquire. We would rather cost your actual trip and send you a number you can trust.
Send a WhatsApp in the morning and you will have a worked itinerary with indicative costing by the same evening on working days. Complex destination weddings take two to three days because we go back to venues for live rates.
Our founder trained and worked at Cox & Kings before starting Adapt Holidays. That is where the operating discipline comes from — supplier vetting, written inclusions and exclusions, and documentation that holds up. Adapt Holidays has been an independent company since 2010.
Yes, and it is a large part of what we do. That means shorter driving days, buffer nights, pre-booked palanquins and ponies, ground-floor rooms where available, pure vegetarian meals throughout and a doctor on call for larger groups.
Yes. Thailand, Bali, Dubai and Sri Lanka are the destinations we run most often for celebrations, and all four are manageable on Indian budgets once you factor in what a comparable Indian venue now costs.
